BEGINNERS PROGRAM

If you are a beginner and new to the gym setting then this is the program for you. This program focuses on the basics and strips it right back to learning fundamental movements before progressing to more advanced movements. I am a big believer in doing the basics right, meaning movement patterns and techniques must be at a competent level before advancing. Keep in mind it is technique over load, trust me I understand we all want to be able to lift heavy weights but that will never be at a quality level without getting the technical aspects down pat. Take your time, hone your technique and progress from there.

 

EVERYDAY ATHLETE PROGRAM

If you are an athlete or someone who is looking to challenge themselves, I would recommend this program for you. This program is designed to have you performing at your athletic best, covering areas of strength, power, mobility, stability and key fundamental movements.

 

BIGGER X STRONGER GLUTES PROGRAM

This program is for those who are looking to develop bigger and stronger glutes. Incorporating training sessions that focus on glute development through foundational movements and sessions that compliment overall body strength.

If you are looking to get stronger and also add size in the process then I would highly recommend this program. This program incorporates strength and muscle building (hypertrophy) training in one, getting the best of both worlds.

This program gives you an insight in to my style of training that I currently use. If you are looking to challenge yourself and try a new form of somewhat unique training then I would recommend this program. In saying that I must also say this is for those who are at a more advanced level of training due to the volume and load of the training regime. It is not easy but you cannot be great doing things that are easy. Be disciplined, embrace the challenge and GRIND.
