If you are a beginner and new to the gym setting then this is the program for you. This program focuses on the basics and strips it right back to learning fundamental movements before progressing to more advanced movements. I am a big believer in doing the basics right, meaning movement patterns and techniques must be at a competent level before advancing. Keep in mind it is technique over load, trust me I understand we all want to be able to lift heavy weights but that will never be at a quality level without getting the technical aspects down pat. Take your time, hone your technique and progress from there.
