This is not a nutrition plan. It is cook book of meal recipes that I have used in the past and present in my day to day eating to assist with my nutritional needs and physical performance.
This cookbook consists of recipes I have personally used. Fun, simple and easy to make meals. I am a big believer in creativity and flexibility so please feel free to mix and match vegetables, fruits, meat/fish, herbs, spices, sauces etc.
